I am a qualified psychotherapist, counsellor, nutritionist, and personal performance coach with over 25 years of experience in health and wellness. My unique, integrative approach combines:

My Holistic Mind–Body Approach
With a background in physical therapy, fitness, and rehabilitation, I initially focused on the body. Over time, I realised that mental and emotional wellbeing was key to sustainable health. This led me to pursue counselling and psychotherapy, integrating insights into psychological patterns, beliefs, and behaviours.
Today, my practice combines:
Psychotherapy-led nutrition to address emotional eating and food anxiety
Mindful exercise and movement coaching for body confidence and physical health
Techniques to foster self-acceptance, resilience, and personal growth
